TL;DR

Senior Designer (UI/UX): Designing brand identities and digital product experiences with an accent on the intersection of brand strategy and user interface design. Focus on building scalable design systems, optimizing conversion-driven marketing assets, and leading end-to-end UX lifecycles.

Location: Remote (United States) with CET overlap required

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end design projects across web and mobile, including UX strategy, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Build and maintain scalable brand identity systems, visual frameworks, and design standards.
  • Translate user research and business insights into wireframes and actionable design directions.
  • Design high-performing digital marketing assets and landing pages optimized for conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align UX and brand strategies with business goals.
  • Present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and brand design, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong expertise in the full UX lifecycle: research, usability testing, prototyping, and iteration.
  • Ability to translate complex brand identities into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • English: Excellent communication and presentation skills required.

Nice to have

  • Motion design skills (After Effects).
  • Basic front-end understanding (HTML/CSS).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
  • Experience working in remote team environments.
