Salary: $700–$2,000 USD monthly

What you will do

• Design and develop fully responsive websites in Webflow from concept to launch
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and brand frameworks
• Develop marketing assets like landing pages, digital ads, email templates, and social creatives
• Collaborate with account managers and stakeholders to align designs with client goals
• Ensure best practices for usability, responsiveness, and conversion optimization

Requirements

• 3+ years in Webflow design and development
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and systems
• Advanced Webflow CMS, responsive design, and animations
• Solid UX/UI principles: typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy
• Experience with scalable design systems and reusable components
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work aligned with U.S. Central Time schedules
