What you will do

• Collaborate with Art, Design, and Software teams to create engaging User Interface experiences.
• Own the end-to-end UI/UX lifecycle: concepting, technical design, prototyping, documenting, and delivery.
• Develop UI/UX designs specifically for the core project, _Reforj_.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to support the growth of the UI team.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK and ability to work onsite in Dundee, Scotland.
• At least 8 years of professional experience with a minimum of 2 published console games.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, and After Effects.
• Strong skills in flowcharting, wireframing, UI prototyping, and interaction design.
• Deep understanding of usability principles and inclusive UI/accessibility best practices.
• Proven ability in motion graphics or 2D animation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Noesis or XAML.
• Background in multi-platform development.
• Knowledge of scripting or blueprinting for rapid prototyping.
