What you will do

• Own the development, curation, and distribution of a centralized catalog of reusable AI components, including prompt libraries and agent templates.
• Define and promote governance standards to ensure assets are well-documented, version-controlled, and tested.
• Collaborate with AI Solution Engineers to identify and systematize the productization of components with high reuse potential.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the component catalog: intake, review, tagging, publishing, and quality assurance.
• Act as a technical authority on AI development patterns to advise business functions on building scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with the enterprise AI Foundation to ensure adherence to security, infrastructure, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical product management.
• Practical experience building and deploying AI applications, agents, or automation solutions in an enterprise setting (e.g., Claude, Copilot).
• Strong understanding of LLM-based architectures, prompt engineering, MCP server, RAG, and AI agent frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing technical asset libraries, developer portals, or internal platforms.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
