What you will do

• Lead post-technical win account strategies and execution plans for strategic customers to ensure success and growth.
• Act as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of workloads.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for production and go-live status of agreed-upon use cases within complex organizations.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and internal expert teams to create and execute strategies for accelerating use cases into production.
• Develop execution plans covering product adoption, user growth, and cloud cost optimization.
• Provide KPI reporting on usage and customer health to the Technical GM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as technical architecture, pre-sales, customer success, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables.
• Must be based in the United States and able to travel up to 30% when needed.
