What you will do

• Own end-to-end trading strategy and full P&L delivery for the Womenswear department.
• Translate customer insights and market signals into actionable commercial plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to shape campaign strategy and trading moments.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Directly manage and coach Trading Analysts and Executives to build team capability.
• Align trading objectives with onsite UX and merchandising strategy to optimize navigation and brand positioning.

Requirements

• 8–11 years of experience in trading, e-commerce, commercial planning, or analytics.
• Proven experience with full P&L ownership and leading high-performing teams.
• Advanced analytical capabilities using Excel and BI tools for data-led decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dubai on a hybrid basis.
