Salary: 400 SEK per hour (approx. 16,000 SEK/month for 40h)

What you will do
- Handle technical and financial customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
- Identify trends and provide feedback to improve products and operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams to drive strategic CX improvements.
- Utilize and help refine leading AI tools to enhance customer trust.
- Influence the way the company builds trust and solves user problems.
Requirements
- Fluent Swedish (native or near-native).
- Business proficiency in English.
- Right to work in the European Union.
- Must be registered for F-skatt (Swedish tax status for self-employed).
- Background in tech, operations, finance, business, or being a senior university student (year 2+).
- Own hardware: Laptop (Windows 11/macOS 15+), headset, and stable internet (20 Mbit/s+).
