Customer Service Supervisor (Fintech)

Location: Work from home within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah, or work from the corporate office in Utah

What you will do

• Train customer service representatives on effective customer interaction methods.
• Review team behaviors and practices, providing constructive feedback and direction.
• Mentor and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure service levels consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide customer support.
• Manage and accurately document customer account details.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, related experience and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and similar figures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to using and learning AI-enabled tools as workflows evolve.
