What you will do

• Test and implement new internal services and tools to improve infrastructure.
• Optimize and automate existing administration processes to increase efficiency.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of services, including commissioning and decommissioning.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and comprehensive user guides.
• Administer and audit access rights and monitor subscription and contract renewals.
• Troubleshoot service-related issues and collaborate with vendor technical support for resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support (L2/L3 Service Desk).
• Proven experience in installing and configuring system software.
• Hands-on experience with Linux (preferred), Windows, and/or macOS.
• Strong administration skills in Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub, Microsoft services, and enterprise AI tools.
• Experience with Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Solid understanding of access management and software licensing principles.

Nice to have

• Programming or scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Practical experience with DevOps practices.
• Experience implementing RPA solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
