What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain bare-metal and virtualized infrastructure for production environments.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Ansible and Terraform.
- Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Define and track SLIs/SLOs to measure and improve service reliability.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce toil.
- Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to improve observability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency with Linux systems administration.
- Experience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Must be based in Brazil.
Nice to have
- Experience managing bare-metal infrastructure at scale.
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Experience with database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).
- Knowledge of security best practices for production environments.
