What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain bare-metal and virtualized infrastructure for production environments.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Ansible and Terraform.
• Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs to measure and improve service reliability.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce toil.
• Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to improve observability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency with Linux systems administration.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience managing bare-metal infrastructure at scale.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience with database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).
• Knowledge of security best practices for production environments.
