What you will do

• Process deposit and withdrawal transactions accurately and timely, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Audit transactions to identify irregularities or potential fraud and implement risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and payment partners to resolve account and payment issues swiftly.
• Analyze operational procedures and recommend improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
• Manage communication across chat and email platforms to address payment-related concerns.
• Support the Head of Operations with additional duties to achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields).
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work on 24/7 shifting schedules, including holidays and overtime.
• Ability to act independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
