What you will do

• Maintain accurate customer and billing records and investigate account inquiries from internal and external clients.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, including Withholding Tax, State Tax, and FX Exchange.
• Process daily payments via ACH, Wire, Lockbox, and credit cards, ensuring records are kept up to date.
• Manage the collection process and escalate delinquent accounts to the Sales Team.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities and report open invoices to the Sales Team.
• Handle vendor form requests for Germany, Africa, and Brazil subsidiaries and manage payment portals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred or equivalent field experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Docs).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa.
