What you will do

• Support and grow relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients, acting as a key point of contact for OTC spot trading.
• Drive trading flow by sourcing, quoting, and executing client trades.
• Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including pricing, execution, hedging, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Identify and act on trading opportunities within defined risk parameters.
• Partner with internal trading, operations, settlement, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate across borrowing, lending, and derivatives desks to broaden product exposure.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in OTC trading, electronic trading, or sales trading within financial services or crypto.
• Strong understanding of spot markets, trade execution, and front-to-back trading workflows.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with institutional or HNW clients.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on driving trading activity and revenue.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Must be based in the EMEA region and willing to work EMEA hours and weekends as needed.
