CAD Technician (Civil Engineering)

Salary: $57,570 - $88,000 annually

What you will do

• Prepare Civil 3D drawings for municipal infrastructure, including surfaces, alignments, profiles, sections, corridors, and pipe networks
• Perform and document quality control checks on CAD drafting work in accordance with the Quality Management Program
• Ensure adherence to various municipal and internal CAD standards
• Assist senior CAD Technicians and designers with drafting and revisions

Requirements

• 0-3 years of related work experience in a civil consulting engineering environment
• Completed College Certificate in CAD or a related subject
• Preference for candidates who can work from the Burnaby office on a regular basis
• Hands-on experience working with AutoCAD Civil 3D for civil infrastructure assignments
