What you will do

• Optimize the trading platform for speed and reliability to ensure high-quality support for institutional clients.
• Support trading algorithms and scale infrastructure to handle millions of transactions during market spikes.
• Act as a critical link between sales teams, institutional clients, and the technology organization.
• Lead projects to improve and automate client workflows and operational processes for better efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reports correlating technical metrics with key business KPIs for executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure robust governance and regulatory adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in trading operations or trade support management within digital assets, FinTech, or electronic trading.
• Deep understanding of trading, market structure, and the full order lifecycle.
• Technical proficiency in managing and troubleshooting complex electronic trading systems in the cloud.
• Knowledge of the FIX protocol, APIs, and market data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with risk management, digital asset custody, KYC/AML, and cyber-security best practices.

• Experience in FX, equities, or derivatives.
