Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

What you will do

• Coordinate operational activities to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including NACHA, BSA, and OFAC.
• Review Third Party Agents to identify business opportunities and manage associated operational risks.
• Manage ad hoc project tasks and ensure all deadlines on project timelines are met.
• Assess the impact of critical incidents and provide resolution communication to appropriate parties.
• Monitor, process, and settle daily transactions using ACH, wires, RTP, and FedNow systems.
• Conduct analysis to proactively identify technical tasks, issues, and operational risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in banking, risk, payments, or the credit card industry.
• Expertise in Card Brand rules and regulations related to disputes, compliance, and oversight.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fort Lee, New Jersey, United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
