About the Role

You will bridge design, product, and engineering to turn complex problems into intuitive, production-ready experiences. You will design solutions, write front-end code to prototype and ship features rapidly, and take full ownership of features from problem definition through user-facing release. You will evolve the UI architecture and design system, deliver polished interfaces under tight timelines, and help designers ship in code and integrate AI tools into workflows.

Requirements

• Proven hybrid experience shipping products where you owned both design and code (e.g., React Native, Node, TypeScript, Vue.js)
• Portfolio of live products demonstrating design and implemented experience
• Strong product taste and attention to detail for intuitive, fast, and delightful experiences
• Deep technical understanding of modern front-end constraints and possibilities
• Builder mindset with ability to define problems and drive work to completion with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English

• Own product features end-to-end
• Prototype ideas in functional code to validate concepts
• Drive design-led development focusing on outcomes
• Ship polished production-ready front-end experiences quickly
• Evolve the design system and component libraries across mobile and web
• Help designers ship in code and integrate AI tools into their workflows
