What you will do

• Develop and modify 2D/3D technical deliverables for advanced power generation facilities.
• Design critical electrical systems, including duct banks, cable trays, grounding, and lighting.
• Utilize digital tools such as CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling (Bentley MicroStation) to maintain project documentation.
• Perform design calculations and detailed material quantities and estimates.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to other engineering professionals and technicians.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design consistency and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and other Bentley design tools.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records search.
• Must be based in or able to work from Walnut Creek, CA.
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Design Related Technology is preferred.
