What you will do

• Serve as technical lead for cross-functional team (engineering, QA, product) supporting consumer apps.
• Lead software engineers with mentorship, guidance, and hands-on coding contributions.
• Conduct code reviews, architectural planning, and Agile ceremonies like standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Implement AI tooling and best practices to improve delivery, codebase quality, and team velocity.
• Manage resources, triage production incidents, and foster inclusive team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience with prior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks: NextJS, Node, React.
• Strong knowledge of React Native for iOS/Android mobile development (Expo a plus).
• Experience with Postgres, MySQL, API development, contracts, and integration testing.
• Experience leveraging AI tooling for app quality and delivery.
