Location: Onsite in Bagshot, United Kingdom (hybrid or remote working is not available)

What you will do

  • Manage shipping and receiving of patch devices, ensuring specifications are met and data is uploaded correctly.
  • Process device intake, including de-kitting, patient verification, and data entry into Z-trans and Zeus QA tools.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to products and patient enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and shipping notices.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve service offerings and ensure quality system requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK and able to work onsite in Bagshot.
  • Strong IT and data entry skills, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, and sitting.
  • Secondary School and College qualifications preferred.
