What you will do

• Provide tailored onboarding and training for HR software clients
• Answer client queries and deliver proactive support
• Raise and track technical issues with the development team
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers on renewals and client journeys
• Build trust through solutions-focused, consultative interactions

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a client-facing customer service role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Confident with technology, spreadsheets, and quick to learn new systems
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, client-first attitude
