Location: Hybrid (Solihull, UK): 3 days remote and 2 days in the Solihull office weekly

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls from Home Finance customers or perform administrative tasks to process cases.
• Deliver a personable, first-class experience to ensure customer needs are met accurately on a right-first-time basis.
• Provide specialized support and additional care for the most vulnerable customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a motivated and straightforward team culture.

Requirements

• Strong empathy, caring nature, and resilience when dealing with emotive customer calls.
• High attention to detail and strong communication and administration skills.
• Confidence in using desktop/laptop computers and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to attend full-time office-based induction and training for the first couple of months.
• Must be able to work from the Solihull office 2 days per week.
