Salary: $84,000 — $115,500 CAD

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day site operations, including janitorial services, life-safety, space planning, and food and beverage programs.
• Oversee all vendor services, monitoring SLAs and KPIs through quarterly business reviews.
• Manage the Toronto Operations budget, partnering with Finance on capex/opex, accruals, and forecasts.
• Coordinate the implementation of capital projects with the Global Workplace Project Management team.
• Identify and implement AI optimizations to scale frameworks supporting workplace operations and employee experience.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and regional executives to ensure office space promotes wellness and productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of workplace programs or site management experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget oversight (capex/opex planning).
• Proficiency with workplace management systems (Space IQ, Coupa, ServiceNow, Scout, Asana, GSuite, Atlassian).
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada to fulfill the 5-day onsite work requirement.
