What you will do
- Handle administrative support for branch operations, including customer inquiries and redirection
- Perform AR & AP duties, issue correspondence for overdue accounts, and create purchase orders
- Prepare and process monthly invoicing for all lines of business
- Reconcile credit card statements and process weekly bank deposits
- Support customer account setup, track field personnel hours and payroll
- Coordinate insurance coverage, manage project files, and handle TSBC inspections
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or Office Administration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking, excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, manage conflict, and adapt to fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Oracle
