What you will do

• Contribute to sports betting strategy using bettor insights, performance data, and benchmarking.
• Identify, prioritize, and frame friction points in the end-to-end betting journey.
• Analyze behaviors, trends, competitors, and regulations to inform product decisions.
• Lead discovery for features: problem definition, hypothesis, validation.
• Own product backlog, translate requirements, and guide delivery teams iteratively.
• Define metrics, monitor performance, and drive experimentation for improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 3+ years as Product Manager, ideally in Sports Betting, iGaming, or regulated digital industry
• Strong product discovery mindset: turn insights into outcomes
• Data-driven: use experimentation and learning loops for prioritization
• Experience owning backlog, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Trading
• Balance business, user, technical, and regulatory factors; thrive in fast-paced environment
