What you will do

• Monitor daily business performance for Casino and Sports, tracking KPIs, trends, and seasonality.
• Define and manage the monthly CRM calendar, overseeing the execution of all CRM and VIP campaigns.
• Collaborate with Acquisition and Casino teams to ensure strict budget control and optimal vertical positioning.
• Manage relationships with game providers to secure exclusive games and negotiate promotional agreements.
• Act as a partial P&L owner for assigned brands, defining the tone and strategy of player communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Service, to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or marketing.
• Proven experience in a commercial or operational role within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or a highly regulated digital environment.
• Fluency in Flemish (spoken and written) is imperative.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM, promotions, and player lifecycle management.
• Deep understanding of the Belgian market and player expectations.
