What you will do

• Steer performance across the full digital funnel from acquisition to activation for the B2B segment.
• Design and optimize audience personalization strategies using RTCDP and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Act as the Adobe Analytics expert, managing KPIs, dashboards, and tracking plans.
• Perform deep-dive analyses using SAS to sharpen commercial decisions and target audiences.
• Identify SEO growth opportunities using Semrush and monitor competitor trends.
• Drive a test-and-learn culture by defining hypotheses and collaborating with CRO and UX experts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, analytics, or digital sales.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics and digital funnel analysis.
• Experience with RTCDP, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar CDP environments.
• Knowledge of SAS or advanced analytical tools and Semrush for SEO/GEO optimization.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
• Must be based in or able to work from Brussels, Belgium.
