Social Media Intern

ING Belgium is a banking organization focused on strengthening brand relevance and engagement through social media, marketing, and communications.

What you will do

• Create and publish mobile-first content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Support content calendars, campaign concepts, and trend-based content ideas.
• Translate brand values, products, and business topics into clear, on-brand social content.
• Support influencer collaborations, content reviews, and validation processes.
• Monitor content performance and contribute to reporting and insights.

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital trends.
• Affinity with Instagram and TikTok, with curiosity for platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Hands-on approach, including willingness to film content using a mobile device.
• Good communication and organizational skills; proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Fluent French or Dutch required; English is an asset.
• Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student, preferably studying communication, marketing, media, or a related field.
