What you will do

• Build campaigns and user journeys using CRM and CMS tools.
• Plan and execute promotions, including setup across various gaming supplier back offices.
• Write marketing copy, manage campaign assets, and launch ad hoc campaigns based on KPI performance.
• Manage and optimize automated customer lifecycle communications across all channels, aligned with website content.
• Create targeted personalized bonus campaigns for relevant user segments.
• Research market trends and monitor competitor campaigns and communication strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the iGaming or regulated digital industry.
• Strong analytical skills for working with large amounts of data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• English: C1+ level required.
• Location: Ability to work on-site in Malta.
