What you will do

• Head a research team, overseeing tasks, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and addressing challenges
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with software, architecture, and hardware stakeholders
• Act as technical leader for design directions and conduct experiments in computing and mathematics
• Develop mathematical computations, algorithms, and explore graph theory applications for coprocessor architecture
• Analyze data, apply machine learning, and contribute to technical blogs and publications
• Grow the team by hiring and retaining top research talent

Requirements

• Ph.D. or strong master’s degree in computer science
• 3+ years as team leader in a technology company or startup
• Expertise in managing projects with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience with team building and employee growth programs
• Proven research skills and excellent software development capabilities
• Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and ability to work independently and in teams

Nice to have

• Experience with graph theory, code analysis, LLVM infrastructure, algebraic graph theory
