• Ensure knowledge transfer and retention within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field is required (Master’s degree preferred).
• Substantial experience in field or operations management.
• Proven experience in leading or influencing teams in complex, customer-facing environments.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
• Strong ability to explain and convince internal and external parties based on content-driven arguments.
