Engineering Team Lead (ERP)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia. Open to work from home, hybrid, or onsite working models from the Belgrade office.

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional squad of ~10 engineers, QA, UX, and business analysts.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of roadmap features from discovery to customer adoption.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor talent, setting clear OKRs and career paths.
• Partner with Product Management to shape the backlog and translate epics into technical designs.
• Drive engineering excellence via modern SDLC (Scrum/Kanban), DevSecOps, and test automation.
• Monitor KPIs, including escaped-defect rates, MTTR, and availability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building business applications using C# / .NET (7+) and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience in Agile environments.
• Proven track record of delivering SaaS products at scale.
• Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OO, and domain-driven design.
• English: C1 level (Excellent written and verbal) for design documentation and executive updates.
• Experience with Git, pull-request workflows, and trunk-based development.

Nice to have

• Experience in ERP, CRM, Accounting, or general Business systems development.
