Compensation: Up to $1,200 USD/month (covers up to 20 hours/week)

What you will do

• Build and maintain advanced workflows, tag architecture, lead scoring, pipelines, and tracking in GoHighLevel.
• Manage Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns structured by funnel stages (cold, warm, hot).
• Execute A/B testing, optimize CPL and conversion rates.
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement structural improvements for continuous optimization.
• During paid trial week: audit systems, identify 3–5 opportunities, implement at least one improvement, and present findings.

Requirements

• 2+ years proven experience in CRM automation, paid media management, and funnel optimization
• Experience with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM (advanced expertise in complex automation)
• Experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Strong attribution, tracking (UTMs, events), and structuring multi-stage paid funnels
• Proven success reducing CPL and improving conversions
• Agency-side performance marketing experience, strong analytical thinking, autonomous work
• No English proficiency required
