Software Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Software Engineer (AI): Design and build Generative AI applications, including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with an accent on performance, scalability, security, and responsible AI. Focus on integrating AI capabilities into internal systems and customer-facing applications, optimizing system performance, and implementing monitoring and feedback loops.

What you will do

• Design and build Generative AI applications with LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines
• Develop clean, efficient code for off-the-shelf, semi-custom, and fully custom AI platforms
• Integrate AI into internal systems and customer-facing applications
• Evaluate, optimize AI performance, and implement monitoring, logging, and feedback loops
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Contribute to system design, code reviews, sprint planning, and documentation

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• Strong Python programming
• Experience with REST APIs, testing (Postman), Linux/CLI/bash, log analysis
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), databases, ORM
• Hands-on with LLMs (prompting, integration, fine-tuning), retrieval/ embeddings/ vector DBs, AI orchestration
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, observability tools
