What you will do

• Deliver high-quality preventative and emergency maintenance services on hirify.global Datacard equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical equipment problems independently.
• Manage inventory levels and service reporting using Oracle or an equivalent ERP platform.
• Drive to customer sites to provide essential on-site technical support and maintenance.
• Interact with customer operations staff to maintain positive relations and resolve issues.
• Participate in company training and assist less experienced personnel with difficult repairs.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent verifiable training.
• Minimum of 2 years of electromechanical technician experience.
• Proficient problem solving, troubleshooting skills, and PC proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours/shifts and travel as required.
