TL;DR

Salary: $90,000 – $172,500 per year (depending on geographic location)

What you will do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customer accounts.
- Coordinate the deployment of products and new feature release cycles.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues as a subject matter expert in technologies.
- Drive internal cross-functional teams to resolve technical bugs and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Lead technical whiteboard sessions and deliver executive-level presentations to stakeholders.
- Manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes and drive closure for critical issues.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer service, professional services, or consulting.
- Deep understanding of SaaS technologies and Managed Services.
- Hands-on experience with routers, aggregators, and L2/L3 protocols.
- Proficiency in GPON, XGS-PON, TCP/IP, L2 Switching, QoS/DSCP, DHCP, AAA, ACLs, and Linux.
- Ability to attend in-person meetings in Ashburn, Virginia.
Nice to have
- CCNP, JNCIA, or NRS II certifications.
- Experience working with large Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecommunications service providers.
- Familiarity with the product portfolio or similar telecom technologies.
