What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor for strategic enterprise clients to optimize their use of hirify.global products and services.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and debugging of systems, databases, and applications to identify root causes.
• Create test environments to mirror customer production setups and validate findings using representative data.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams by providing detailed, step-by-step instructions to reproduce issues.
• Manage technical relationships and escalate issues across Sales, Professional Services, and Product Management.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• 5+ years of experience with DNS, DHCP, and Linux.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols and hands-on experience in packet capture and analysis.
• Proficiency with common protocols and services including FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, and syslog.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
