What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize HubSpot workflows for lead nurture and lifecycle stages.
• Take ownership of improving lead-to-customer conversion across key funnels.
• Own and maintain CRM structure, including properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
• Build and manage lead funnels for D2C purchase journeys and B2B/dealer leads.
• Implement lead scoring and segmentation while ensuring data accuracy across integrated systems.
• Build and maintain dashboards for conversion rates, funnel performance, and lead quality.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and CRM structure.
• Proven experience building multi-step, logic-based workflows.
• Experience owning or managing a CRM system end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems, specifically Shopify.
• Must be a Philippines-based candidate.
