HubSpot Automation & CRM Specialist (HubSpot/CRM): Designing and implementing end-to-end workflows and CRM structures to optimize the end-to-end customer journey with an accent on lead conversion and data integrity. Focus on building multi-step logic-based workflows, integrating HubSpot with Shopify, and improving lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Location: Must be based in the Philippines
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 AUD/month

What you will do
- Design, build, and optimize HubSpot workflows for lead nurture and lifecycle stages.
- Take ownership of improving lead-to-customer conversion across key funnels.
- Own and maintain CRM structure, including properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
- Build and manage lead funnels for D2C purchase journeys and B2B/dealer leads.
- Implement lead scoring and segmentation while ensuring data accuracy across integrated systems.
- Build and maintain dashboards for conversion rates, funnel performance, and lead quality.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and CRM structure.
- Proven experience building multi-step, logic-based workflows.
- Experience owning or managing a CRM system end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems, specifically Shopify.
- Must be a Philippines-based candidate.
