What you will do

• Design and document Workday integration architecture for HR, Payroll, and Absence modules.
• Build and optimize Workday RaaS reports to ensure efficient data ingestion into Snowflake.
• Implement REST API endpoints utilizing OAuth 2.0 authentication and pagination.
• Configure SOAP write operations and domain-specific ISUs with minimal privilege access.
• Establish a comprehensive audit log for all write operations to ensure system traceability.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Workday integration patterns (READ and WRITE) and Workday Studio.
• Strong professional experience with AWS, Snowflake, and OAuth 2.0 configurations.
• Deep familiarity with SOAP and REST web services, including security and authorization setups.
• Ability to accurately map Workday fields to Snowflake schemas.
• Experience configuring ISUs and ISSGs according to Workday best practices.
