hirify.global is a real-time database company providing high-performance data solutions for mission-critical workloads including AI and fraud detection.

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to resolve complex problems and contribute to product improvement.
  • Manage real-time customer remediation efforts and live incident resolution for mission-critical systems.
  • Provide guidance on new deployments, configuration, and performance tuning.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation and Knowledge Base articles.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or related roles.
  • Deep proficiency with Linux.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and high-availability environments.
  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL or similar database platforms.
  • Familiarity with hybrid and cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
  • Must be based in the USA and available to participate in on-call rotations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container orchestration systems.
  • AWS certification or experience with large-scale cloud deployments.
  • Previous experience in enterprise software technical support.
