Sr. Product Sales Manager (Starlink): Driving adoption of Starlink Enterprise services through strategic pricing and go-to-market execution with an accent on user experience and product portfolio management. Focus on optimizing the customer acquisition funnel, integrating new hardware services, and coordinating with cross-functional engineering and legal teams.
Location: Hawthorne, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).
Salary: $130,000 - $205,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the Enterprise customer user experience on Starlink.com, including checkout, acquisition, and retention.
- Develop and defend pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Support the integration of new hardware and service products into the Starlink portfolio.
- Drive sales engagements and provide technical guidance on commercial models and product capabilities.
- Collaborate with Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams.
- Represent Starlink at global conferences and manage technical training for team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business (or 5+ years of professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
- Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
