TL;DR

Ad Quality Coordinator (Adtech): Reviewing advertisements and verifying compliance with quality guidelines to ensure a safe and transparent marketplace with an accent on content moderation and policy enforcement. Focus on categorizing high volumes of ads and ensuring timely activation within internal systems.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada (Must be available to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $42,000 per year

What you will do

  • Review advertisements to ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
  • Moderate sensitive content, including graphic, violent, or offensive material.
  • Categorize advertisements based on brand, industry, and content groups.
  • Update trackers and internal tools to keep stakeholders informed of new issues.
  • Operate within rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
  • Navigate internal systems, Salesforce, and analytics platforms for campaign review.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Must be based in Toronto and able to work in-office Tue, Wed, and Thu.
