What you will do

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple hirify.global services.
• Set technical direction for the macOS platform and lead cross-team efforts to deliver durable capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to support the growth of other engineers.
• Own the health and quality of systems, including participating in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Write architecture briefs and proposals to implement APIs for seamless software integration.
• Drive a technical roadmap that aligns with product goals and incorporates new technologies.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule (1 week every 2.5 months).

Nice to have

• Experience developing on macOS or iOS platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and large-scale cloud architecture.
• Experience building or operating CI/CD systems at scale.
• Knowledge of Cloud Native Compute Foundation (CNCF) concepts.
• Experience with telemetry dashboards like Datadog, Sentry, or Azure Data Explorer.
