Salary: $184,900 – $250,200

What you will do

  • Lead the design and implementation of distributed AI data pipelines and systems.
  • Own team-level architecture for large-scale distributed systems serving a worldwide customer base.
  • Collaborate with AI Applied Scientists and engineering teams to drive technical consensus.
  • Mentor and coach multiple engineers to develop the next generation of technical talent.
  • Balance short-term delivery speed with long-term architectural extensibility and security.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship software development experience.
  • 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software language.
  • 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture for reliability and scaling.
  • Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
  • Must be located in or authorized to work in New York, USA.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
