Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Dallas, TX; or Denver, CO. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

Salary: $147,760.00 - $240,110.00

What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy for AI and autonomy capabilities within the platform.
• Lead development of AI-powered platform services including intelligent diagnostics and predictive workflows.
• Enable autonomous machine operations, remote control, and closed-loop learning systems.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and domain product teams to ensure platform scalability.
• Drive software product execution and manage the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure readiness for ecosystem and commercialization of platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Dallas, TX; or Denver, CO.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• 3+ years of experience with platform, AI/ML, or data-driven products.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts (predictive, prescriptive, agentic systems) and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, or Industrial IoT.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud platforms and event-driven architectures.
• Experience in business case financial expression and investment analysis.
• Proven track record with multi-team OKR alignments and value-based roadmapping.
