What you will do

• Develop and execute packaging, advertising strategies, and promotional campaigns for diagnostic products.
• Lead the digital communication strategy and manage social media campaigns.
• Oversee the strategy and execution of global tradeshows and corporate events.
• Manage the approval process for all external and customer-facing communications.
• Define and monitor KPIs, manage the marketing budget, and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to maximize market exposure and lead generation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Diagnostic Industry.
• 5+ years in Marketing Communications and leading departments at a global level.
• 5+ years of experience managing medium to large marketing teams.
• 5+ years of experience in Tradeshows and Events management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Ph.D. and MD level professionals.
