Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 Annually

What you will do

• Support the Motors production line and manage coordination with outsource vendors.
• Oversee manufacturing process development in collaboration with domestic and international teams.
• Create engineering and tool drawings, work instructions, labor standards, and facility layouts.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical manufacturing design reviews to improve manufacturability.
• Provide performance reports to management regarding schedules and expenditures.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements, including ITAR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, or an associate degree with 3+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience working in a team environment and communicating across different business disciplines.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information (ITAR).
• Must be located in or able to relocate to Blacksburg, VA.
