What you will do

• Develop high-quality backend code for products used by millions of users daily.
• Design and implement complex, large-scale systems capable of handling unconventionally high traffic.
• Build mechanisms to combat fraud and improve traffic quality.
• Collaborate with high-level engineers to deliver a world-class product on time.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in one major programming language and willingness to switch to Java.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be based in Czechia.
• Flexibility to work in on-call rotations.

Nice to have

• Data Science background.
• Experience with combating fraud and improving traffic quality.
• Experience with Java, AWS, Kubernetes, Kinesis, SQL, and Spring.
