What you will do

• Design and own scalable domains, creating extensible and shareable codebases for multiple teams.
• Lead the strategic migration of data workloads from Redshift to Snowflake.
• Refactor legacy systems and technical debt into modern architectures, including migrations to EKS.
• Implement secure deployment strategies and develop the architecture for automation systems.
• Reduce operational toil by applying Platform Engineering principles to automate repetitive tasks.
• Mentor engineers and champion the adoption of AI-first development tools and LLMs.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
• Significant experience developing software for shareable features and leading technical initiatives.
• Expert knowledge of AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, IAM).
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes/EKS, and Docker.
• Proven ability to make high-level architectural decisions for high-availability APIs.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and LLMs (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development.

Nice to have

• Experience in Ad-Tech or high-throughput Big Data processing environments.
• Architectural understanding of migrating data workloads from Redshift to Snowflake.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, Gradle, and Groovy.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools like CircleCI.
