What you will do

- Work independently to make informed decisions and address complex customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Fluency in English.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts in a 24/7 support team.
Nice to have
- Experience in the iGaming sector.
- Knowledge and experience with cryptocurrency.
- Fluency in Turkish, French, Spanish, or Japanese.
